Honoring Dr. Casey Cook's 12 Years of Artistic Direction of the American University Chorus

Whether you sang with Casey for one semester or all 12 years, whether you joined when the Chorus still wore tuxes, bowties, black dresses, and pearls, or more recently with the modern "all black" attire, whether an alumnus, a current student, faculty/staff member or friend, we hope you will join in this community fundraising campaign for the Performing Arts at AU in honor of Dr. Casey Cook and his 12 years of dedicated service to American University.
Read more about Casey's AU Story, and see Memories through the years, below.
Now, more than ever, the Performing Arts at AU can use our collective support, especially in the face of current challenges to higher education and to the arts in general. If all former singers under Casey (over 500) each gave approximately $20, we could easily reach our goal of $12,000, with the support of an anonymous donor who has committed $2,000 to the campaign.
If able, we recommend donating the year you graduated from AU or the year you sang with Casey (e.g., $20.19, $20.20, $20.21, and so on). Of course, any contributions are welcome and encouraged. We also know that data may sometimes be inaccurate. Please share this campaign with friends, colleagues, family, or other connections you believe will feel motivated to give.
Thank you for supporting the Performing Arts at AU in honor of Dr. Casey Cook, and thank you, Casey, for your years of service and leadership to the American University Chorus.
