Michelle Kumar

Michelle Kumar is a Senior Policy Analyst for BPC’s Human Capital Program. She helps lead the workforce portfolio and engagement with business partners on human capital issues. Prior to joining BPC, Michelle worked for local government, Iowa Legal Aid, and the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center in Iowa City. She holds a B.A. in International Studies and Ethics & Public Policy from the University of Iowa and Master’s in Public Policy from American University.
