Amanda Burch, Esq. is a passionate advocate committed to uplifting women and strengthening communities through purpose-driven leadership. Guided by her deep love for supporting women-centered initiatives, she uses her voice and platform to champion issues that disproportionately impact vulnerable populations.
As an attorney, Amanda is driven by a steadfast belief in justice for all. She has dedicated her career to fighting injustices, standing up for those who are overlooked, and ensuring that every person—regardless of their background—has access to fairness, dignity, and protection under the law.
Her advocacy spans several critical causes, including homelessness prevention, women’s equality, and affordable, accessible healthcare for the elderly. Amanda is especially passionate about eliminating barriers that prevent individuals and families from living with stability, safety, and opportunity.
Whether in the courtroom, the community, or the spaces where policy meets real-life impact, Amanda leads with compassion, conviction, and courage. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to build a world where marginalized voices are heard, women are empowered to lead, and justice is not just promised—but delivered.
ABOUT WELEAD
Now in its 20th year, our non-partisan WeLead program successfully positions young professional women to run for office or lead a political campaign. Our 665+ alums work in the halls of Congress, campaign war rooms, K Street offices, state legislatures, city councils and corporate boardrooms across the country.
The emerging leaders in the class of WeLead2026 hope to expand their influence in a political or professional leadership role. They have already worked with top political practitioners, expert speakers, and leadership coaches on how, why and when to run for office, and will start raising money for the program in December as part of the WeLead Fundraising Challenge.
Through the support of your generous tax-deductible contributions, we are proud to be able to offer this program at no cost to the participants. We are also most grateful for the WeLead alum network that continues to mentor and inspire each new class to close the gender gap in political leadership.
