American University Club Tennis is a traveling and competitive club team that represents American University. We travel and compete in tournaments throughout the Mid-Atlantic and DMV regions during the Fall and Spring semesters. We are comprised of students of all ages who are enrolled in AU.
As a team, we rely heavily on fundraising. Our largest expenses are travel and court bookings, but other expenses include equipment like tennis balls and uniforms. As we no longer have courts or practice space on campus, we have to book local courts for practices and bring our own equipment. We often play in tournaments that require us to travel, meaning we must pay for transportation and hotel rooms. By donating to AUCT, you not only support us as a club, but help fund our future.
