American University Men’s Club Rugby was founded in 1967, and has been a place for young men to learn rugby, compete, and grow as men for almost 60 years. This club has brought together diverse groups of students for years and allows students to expand their horizons and build brotherhood. We play in the D3 division of National Collegiate Rugby in the Mid-Atlantic Conference. The Club plays teams from Pennsylvania to Virginia and relies in large part on fundraising to be able to cover our costs. We compete in one of the strongest conferences in Division 3 rugby, with 3 perennially ranked teams, and are the only team in our conference without access to an on-campus field. We would use your donations to help pay for practice and game fields. Our greatest need is field space and any donations that would allow us to have multiple days a week a properly sized field with lights would allow us to take a step forward.

Your contributions will help us be able to practice and compete in our league. We count on the generous support of donors to help fund our team, and you are greatly appreciated. It means a lot to all of us when you give. We make an effort to be one of the lowest-cost club sports for our members to allow those from all backgrounds to participate, and we are only able to do it because of outside support. Thank you for your donations to this club.
